About Alterra Vita Apartments, Location: Neos Marmaras. The apartment is part of a building with 7 more apartments. The building is located at the one end of the village, close to Paradisos beach. However,  it is located up on a hill, meaning that the way to the beach (about 350m away) is downhills but the way up is uphills. location at Google maps,  Services: Cleaning services for stays more than 7 days (once per week). No daily cleaning service. No meals provided, however there is a fully equipped kitchen for you to prepare your meals. Towels and bed linens are provided - extras for stays longer than 2 nights are available in the wardroabs.
Apartment 7: Apartment with Balcony & sunset view
Airy, bright and compact apartment, squeezing the comforts of a summer house in just 40sqm. Designed to ensure the privacy of the couple in a separate bedroom, while the kids sleep at the living room. Ideal for 3 people but there is an extra bed that comes out if there is a 2nd child in the family. A fully equipped kitchen & a bathroom with shower and washing machine complete the amenities of the flat, along with a balcony with sunset view.
