The complex is located in front of the sea, just 3 km from the cosmopolitan village of Neos Marmaras village and close to some of the nicest beaches in Halkidiki. It has direct access to a rocky beach, and there is free private parking for up to two cars.

Captain's Cabin Corner House
A definition of a summer retreat; perfect for those who wish to enjoy their holidays in peace & autonomy in a uniquely beautiful place. It sits atop a hill right over a small rocky beach. It's 60sqm and built in a very interesting way, with main bedroom & ensuite bathroom on top floor, 2nd semi-enclosed bedroom on a loft over the living room & a sofa bed. There is a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bathrooms & a living room with fireplace. Enjoy the sunset & the sea view from the terrace! BBQ & private parking
