Terms & Conditions
You will be asked to present proof of identity at the time of check-in. The proof of identity can be the guest’s driving license, passport or voter’s identity card.

Deposit payment: Deposit amount is 40% of your total booking fee (for short stays minimum 2 night stay) to be paid within 2 days from the booking date. An email- stating all necessary information and payment details- will be sent to you as soon as you decide to proceed with your booking request. Your booking will be confirmed as soon as you make the deposit payment. Please send us payment documents in order for the process to be accelerated.

Cancellation policy: In the event of a cancellation before 60 days, no cancellation fee will be charged and deposit will be fully refunded (minus any bank expenses, and exchange rate charges). However, Guaranteed Room Reservations not canceled at least 60 days before arrival would not be refunded

Check in time: after 15:00, check out time: 12:00, Check outs after 12:00 hours are subject to charge.

The room tariff is not inclusive of airport transfer. However, should you require any facilitation for that please feel free to contact us.

In case you decide after your check in to leave before your scheduled departure date, you are obliged based on Alterra Vita policy to pay the whole amount of your initial booking.
In case you do not deposit the requested prepayment within the period stated in this email, your booking will be automatically canceled and will be available to other potential guests.
