Magnolia is an exquisite three bedroom neoclassical apartment found in the heart of Thessaloniki. Surrounded by many popular restaurants and cafés you will never want to leave this home. Magnolia is located on the first floor of a historical building named "Atlantis", built in the 1920s. Our goal when renovating was to preserve its historic roots while updating it with modern necessities. Bright and cozy, it includes three bedrooms each with a Queen size bed. The apartment has an airy modern feel, mixed with classic antiques. Inside, you will find all 2022 amenities, such as incredibly good mattresses, high-speed WiFi, a bluetooth speaker, Smart TV (incl. NETFLIX), Nespresso Coffee maker, as well as old-time amenities, like our twin 1880s Victorian closets!

Located on the corner of Paleon Patron Germanou and Pavlou Mela, this apartment building has access to upscale restaurants such as Ergon AGORA, LOCAL ans Cin-Cin. You pretty much are next to everything! You can walk along the city's waterfront, and enjoy the sunset, or take a cruise in the Thermaikos Gulf while enjoying a cocktail. We would personally recommend "Ladokolla Astrofeggia" taverna to enjoy traditional Greek delicacies. Tsimiski street is the place to go for shopping on your day off. Even though you will find both taxi and bus stops nearby, chances are you will not need to use them as everything is within walking distance, such as Super Markets, bakeries, restaurants and cafés. We are also partners with carefully handpicked taxi drivers and can help with your airport pick up and drop off.
