Cancellation policy
Standard rate + Long stay rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 28 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 28 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
Monthly rate: The guest can cancel free of charge until 42 days before arrival. The guest will be charged 50% of the total price if they cancel within 42 days of arrival. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
Non refundable: The guest will be charged the total price of the reservation if they cancel anytime. If the guest doesn't show up, they'll be charged the total price of the reservation.
